Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck (Lobster - Seminational)

It's rare to find good types of quality food throughout the country as each area in the United States is known for specialties in food. For instance, New Jersey & New York are known for having the best bagels, pizza and Italian food. New England is popular for their seafood. The Southern states are famous for their great barbeque and comfort food while the Southwest has incredible Mexican food, you get where I'm going with this.

The Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck itself

Well I've got some good news for all you lobster lovers out there because the next place I'm taking you all to won't make you drive to New England to find amazing lobster. Cousins Maine Lobster is a food truck that provides unique food options with fresh Maine lobster possibly right near you! The business itself has developed a ton of fame from shows such as the Food Network, Shark Tank, The Today Show and The Katie Couric Show. Unfortunately, Cousins is not available in all states, but you can find one of their trucks in either Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee or Texas. They also have a few restaurants in California, Florida, Georgia, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee too.

The Lobster Tacos

I recently heard about the Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck online and when I found out they were coming to a location near me, I couldn't miss out on the hype. Cousins has a bunch of really cool and delicious menu items. I decided to try something different and got their 'Lobster Tacos' which were really good. Inside the tortillas was Maine lobster (of course), cabbage and pico de gallo that came in a cilantro lime sauce. The lobster tasted fresh and the tacos in general were really good. Besides the tacos, Cousins specialties include their 'Maine' and 'Connecticut' lobster rolls, 'Lobster Quesadillas,' 'Lobster Grilled Cheese,' 'Lobster Tots' and 'Shrimp Tacos' for anyone who doesn't want lobster. They even have 'New England Clam Chowder' and 'Lobster Bisque' that comes with a bread bowl if you'd like. Cousins also offers gluten-free options ranging from their 'Maine Lobster Roll', 'Lobster Tacos' and soups, so you don't have to eat gluten to find something you can devour. Now as crazy as this sounds, you can even order a 'Take-Home Lobster Roll Kit' too which provides you with all the fresh ingredients to make your own Cousins lobster rolls at home!

Overall, the food was great and I was completely satisfied with everything. You can go online to Cousin's website to learn more about them and to see which locations they're heading to next because they could be coming somewhere near you soon! I would definitely give them a try if you can.
