I love pizza and finding new spots, and my latest find was Pie Oh My in Fairfield, New Jersey. The best thing about this place was that they serve wood-fired pizza, which, as you can see from some of my previous reviews, is one of my favorite types of pizza.
I ordered the 'Vodka, Pesto, Pepperoni Pie,' which was a wood-fired pizza with vodka sauce, pepperoni, pesto, and pecorino romano. The pizzas here are either 10 or 16 inches, and I got the 10-inch one since it was just for me. This pizza was super tasty and light. It had a lot of flavor between the vodka, pesto, and pepperoni, but was not filling, which was perfect. The crust was a bit burnt for my liking, but it was still good. I recommend these pizzas for lunch or if you are looking to eat a lighter meal.

Their pre-made handcrafted pies can be purchased at a variety of markets across New Jersey, New York, and one in Eastern Pennsylvania. For fresh pizzas, they do have physical locations in Fairfield and Jersey City. If you are a pizza lover, then you will love the pies from Pie Oh My.
