You know I am always on the hunt to try out new restaurants, and my latest food find is Thai Corner Bistro in Wayne, New Jersey. The food here is beyond delicious, and packed with flavor!

The first thing I ordered from here was the 'Pad Kee Mao,' also known as the 'Drunken Noodles.' These came with broad, flat noodles with chicken, onion, string beans, red bell pepper, bamboo shots, baby corn, and Thai basil in a spicy chili sauce. I did get this without the spice as my mom and I ordered for both of us, and she does not like any spice. Nonetheless, this was super tasty, and my tastebuds were exploding with flavor from all the sauces, veggies, noodles, and protein.

Besides the noodles, my mom and I got the 'Thai Corner Sampler,' which came with fresh summer rolls, chicken satay, steamed Thai dumplings, and crispy spring rolls. Everything comes with two of each. I had everything except the dumplings, and everything was good, but the chicken satay was probably my favorite thing from the sampler.

On top of that, we also had the 'Bao Buns,' which had braised pork belly, pickled carrot, and daikon with shredded cabbage and crushed peanuts. I love a good bao bun, and these were amazing! The bun was fluffy, the meat was tender, and the sauce was unbelievable! This came with a super sweet peanut sauce, and was just glorious! I could have devoured that whole thing with no problem, lol.
At Thai Corner Bistro, they have all the things that you love, know, and would order from a traditional Thai restaurant. Lunch specials are available on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This place does dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering. They are open every day except for Tuesdays. Thai Corner Bistro is all about the spice at a reasonable price, and if you love hearing that, then you need to check this spot out ASAP!
